About Me

At age 16 I began writing, filming, and editing cinematic stories in video games. Being an introvert, I found it fascinating to express my imagination through these beautiful virtual worlds. Every game I play feels like a story prompt. Every character, level, mechanic, or interaction feels like something bigger. A secret potential so often overlooked and just waiting to be revealed.

Having grown up channeling my creative energy mostly through video game engines, I love the challenge of interacting with, transforming, and viewing environments in specific ways in order to generate cinematic stories with meaning.

If one were to ask me at any point to put into words my thought process of writing, directing, or editing, I know I'd struggle. Of course, I can pinpoint endless specific moments at which I made conscious decisions. Yet those are subordinate to the subconscious streams of creativity.

Creating films is not simply the piecing together of footage. It is a perpetual rediscovering of one's own reality. Seeing beyond what others see. Considering what could be. Connecting and showing in ways never before imagined. That is where I thrive, where I am most in tune with myself.

I also think that stir-fries are really cool.

Like, really really cool.
